Security

• All data input into TRS is held in redundant servers and backed up hourly;
• Communication with web browser is via 128-bit SSL secure transmission;
• Servers are locked down using a multi-layered authentication and authorization model;
• Administrative functions performed remotely are on secure and encrypted SSH connections;
• Servers are set up with intrusion and denial-of-service attack detections.

Data Ownership

• All data input into TRS is the exclusive property of the client or designated agency;
• The data will not be copied, sold, or made available to any outside party for any purpose;
• The data can be downloaded by authorized staff of the client at any time;
• One (1) year data storage after end of final events or after completion of agreement period;

Customer Service

• TRS staff will provide training for the client staff to manage sites, make changes to the system and build new sites during agreement period;
• 24/7 technical support to administrative coordinator(s);
