Simply Hospitality completes buyout of TRS

The Indianapolis based supplier of event technology solutions, Simply Hospitality, has completed the purchase of TRS, THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM ® software from Chicago based Riverwatcher Studios for an undisclosed price.

TRS provides cost savings of 50-75% to our event and conference management clients. The software has a proven track record with an influential and steadily growing customer base,” reports Florence May, President and Owner of Simply Hospitality.  “The purchase of the TRS software is a strategic purchase in this difficult economic climate.”

The TRS software is best known for supporting major events including the 2009 Tampa Bay Super Bowl, Bands of America Grand Nationals, One America 500 Festival Mini Marathon, Chick-fil-A Bowl,  Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest, Drum Corps International, 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, and 7 NCAA Final Four Men’s and Women’s Championships.

TRS provides online registration and event management tools for paid event registrations, volunteers, tours, credentialing and general admission ticketing.
